  • Red Lion is a 37 chapter manhwa written by Jong Sun Kim. The story starts off with a girl going to a hair salon and asking the stylist to cut and dye her hair. Beside her is a boy, Yumin, who mocks her.

  • Pub names are used to identify and differentiate each public house. Modern names are sometimes a marketing ploy or attempt to create 'brand awareness', frequently using a comic theme thought to be memorable, Slug and Lettuce for a pub chain being an example.

  • The Red Lion was an Elizabethan playhouse located in Whitechapel (part of the modern Borough of Tower Hamlets), just outside the City of London.

  • A light four-wheeled horse-drawn carriage with a collapsible hood, seats for two passengers, and an elevated driver's seat in front

60s Minis in the 21st Century #15

Following on from the Mk2 Mini with the Mk1 moustache/grille treatment in the previous pic, I thought I may as well add this one which has had a similar makeover. Another Morris Mini Super Deluxe, this time painted in that old favourite Old English White, this one was taken at the Mini day at the National Tramway Museum at Crich, Derbyshire, outside the old Red Lion Hotel, which formerly stood in Church Street, Stoke (across the road from the old Potteries Motor Traction HQ, and also a hefty goal-kick away from Stoke City FC's old Victoria Ground), until 1973 when it was removed to make way for the A500 'D' Road.

I saw this particular car at a few shows this summer, and this is the best pic I've got of it. First registered on 25th January 1968, so presumably this one was built right at the very end of 1967 or the first weeks of 1968.
